Hint

Binary AND Base64

Solution

The string (means: line of text) that you started with is encoded in binary. You can see this because it is only 0 and 1 and it is divided in subdivisions of eight. However if you decode it, you will see that it translates to a big mess of letters. This is Base64, you can see this because it it uppercase and lowercase letters with only a few numbers. If you copy the decoded binary and paste it into a Base64 decoder, you find the solution: You are starting to get the hang of it!
